Resepi Mee Sup Sedap dan Senang || Sebelum ni farah ada kongsikan resepi ketam masak cili api. Hari ni farah nak kongsi pula resepi Mee Sup. 

Resepi kali ni farah ambil dari blog aziekitchen dan farah ubah sikit-sikit. Farah memang peminat aziekitchen, sebab tu banyak resepi dari blog beliau hehe.

Pada asalnya farah masak mee sup sebab nak bagi medina makan mee kuning. Medina suka sangat makan mee, spageti, mihun dan yang sewaktu dengannya. Mee maggi je farah tak bagi dia makan. Mungkin makan mee lebih menarik sebab panjang-panjang hehe. 

Jadi farah cari lah nak masak apa dengan mee. Nak goreng, takut tersilap pedas. farah tak pandai agak sangat pedas ni. Lepas fikir-fikir, farah buat keputusan untuk buat mee sup. Sup ayam pun kegemaran medina juga. 

Hubby pun suka makan mee kuning. Jadi, win-win lah kan hehe. 

Jom cuba masak Mee Sup!

Mee Sup


Bahan-bahan A:
1 ekor ayam - potong kecil
2 bawang holland - potong dadu
1 labu bawang putih  - tumbuk
3 inci halia - tumbuk
1 sudu besar serbuk jintan manis
1 sudu besar serbuk lada hitam
1 gelas air asam dicampur dengan 1 ibu jari belacan bakar
2 kiub stok ayam/daging
air secukupnya
minyak untuk menumis

Bahan-bahan B:
1 paket mee kuning - celur
1 ikat sawi - celur
daun sup
bawang goreng
limau nipis
cili kicap - farah tak buat sebab kat rumah ada sambal belacan yang kami guna untuk makan apa-apa je hehe.

Cara-cara:
1. Tumis bawang putih yang ditumbuk dengan halia. Masukkan bawang besar. Tumis hingga wangi. 
2. Masukkan jintan manis dan serbuk lada hitam. 
3. Masukkan ayam dan kacau rata sehingga ayam kecut dan air ayam kering. 
4. Masukkan air asam jawa yang telah ditapis. 
5. Masukkan air. Air kena agak-agak sendiri banyak mana. Tengok ayam besar mana kita guna. 
6. Masukkan kiub ayam/daging. Biarkan sup mendidih.
7. Hidangkan sup bersama mee kuning, sawi, daun sup, bawang goreng, cili kicap, dan perah sedikit limau nipis. Fuuuh, memang terangkat.
